DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. ondesign elements for the
field services building expansion. Staff is also in the process of developing ERMU’s
contractwith RJMConstructionfor construction management services.
Staff continues to have meetings with T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and
MnDOTfor the upcoming Highway169 Redefine project. ERMU has received the Notice
and Order from MnDOT which authorizes us to start obtaining material and contact the
State’s assigned engineer to schedule relocation and/or adjustment work for the water
and electric infrastructure.
As part of the Highway 169 Redefine project, the electric department is working with
Great River Energy on a plan to relocate transmission poles that ERMU service lines are
attached to.
