A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
THE 1997 OMNIBUS CRIME BILL GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED that Elk River Pohce Department enter into a
cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for
the project entitled 1997 Omnibus Crime Bill C.O.P. Grant for Overtime
during the period from October 1, 1997, through September 30, 1998.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that Thomas Zerwas, Police Chief, is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary, to
implement the project on behalf of Elk River Police Department.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day
of September, 1997.
