a. Finish discussion and vote on changes in by-laws, article 111, and 9, 10, and

b. Master Gardeners input on raingarden changes and their continued
involvement in library grounds.
c. Continue discussion and decide on request to replace plants in raingarden
from Ms. Dietz and Stombaugh in October
d. Justin Femrite report on grounds maintenance
