City Council meeting at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
Background/Discussion
Council is asked to call a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.03, subd, 1(b) to review and discuss labor
negotiation proposals and consider negotiation strategies for Patrol Union, LELS Local 231.
