A RESOLUTION COMMENDING PHYLLIS BOEDIGHEIMER
FOR EXEMPLARY CITY SERVICE
Phyllis Boedigheimer has been employed by the City of Elk River
since January 31, 1979; and,
Ms. Boedigheimer has been a conscientious and hardworking employee
who dedicated may hours in excess of those required in the per-
formance of her City Clerk/Treasurer duties for the City of Elk River;
and,
During her employment many innovative and modernizing office proce-
dures were implemented; and,
Ms. Boedigheimer has been a very active member of the municipal team
providing services to this community,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
Ms. Phyllis Boedigheimer be commended for her dedicated and conscien-
tious service to the City of Elk River and that said service is hereby
gratefully acknowledged by the City Council on behalf of the Citizens
of Elk River.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of April, 1985.
