RESOLUTION 85-15
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING CITY CLERK AND ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR
SPECIAL ELECTION/REFERENDUM
WHEREAS ,
Mr. Tom Bublitz has been appointed City Administrator, and
WHEREAS ,
Ramona Doebler has expert knowledge on the conducting of elections, and
WHEREAS ,
a special election/referendum is to be held on June 25, 1985 to deter-
mine the issuance of bonds for City facilities, and
WHEREAS ,
there is no person filling the position of City Clerk at the present
time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that for the purposes of con-
ducting the special election:
1. City Administrator, Tom Bublitz be named as Acting City Clerk.
2. Ramona Doebler be named as election official.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these duties and responsibilities will cease upon the
completion of the special election.
