RESOLUTION 85-18
A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, that a
certain petition requesting the improvement of streets in the
Ridgewood Estates Subdivision by installing a bituminous overlay,
filed with the City Council on June 17, 1985, is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 429.035.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the petition is hereby referred to Mr. Terry Maurer,
the City's Consulting Engineer, and he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposediimprovement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con-
nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
Adopted this fourteenth day of June, 1985.
