RESOLUTION 85-22
A RESOLUTION CANVASSING ELECTION AND ANNOUNCING RESULTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota,
that it is hereby found and determined that at the special election
held in the City of Elk River, 1985, to vote on the following question:
Shall the City of Elk River issue its general obligation bonds
in an amount not exceeding Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($950,000) for the purpose of providing money for improving
municipal facilities by constructing a new public works garage
and remodeling the existing City Hall?
there were two hundred fifty two votes in favor of the question, three
hundred forty three votes against the question, and zero ballots were
. illegible, spoiled, or otherwise defective and the question is hereby de-
clared failed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this Twenty-Fifth day
of June, 1985.
