A RESOLUTION ORDERING BITUMINOUS OVERLAY PROJECT FOR RIDGEWOOD ESTATES
ADDITIONS ONE, TWO AND THREE AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-19 of the Elk River City Council adopted the fourteenth day of
June, 1985, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed bituminous
overlay project for Ridgewood Estates Additions One, Two and Three; and,
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was
given, and the hearing was held thereon on the fifteenth day of July, 1985,
and which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
that such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed pursuant to a petition
of affected property owners presented to the City Council on June 17, 1985.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Terry Maurer is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this fifteenth day of July,
1985.
