RESOLUTION 85-34
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY ON
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON SCHOOL STREET
(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1985-2)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve sanitary sewer service to the properties on
the south side of School Street between Jackson Avenue and Proctor
Avenue and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Terry
Maurer, the City's Consulting Engineer, for study, and the Engineer
is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this Fifth day
of August, 1985.
