RESOLUTION 85- 41
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY ON SANTITARY SEWER
AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON SIMONET DRIVE AND XENIA AVE.
(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1985-3)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve sanitary sewer and water service to the
properties on Simonet Drive and Xenia Avenue south of Highway 10 and
access the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Terry
Maurer, the City's Consulting Engineer, for study, and the Engineer
is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this Nineteenth day of August,
1985.
