Consultant Agreement – Mark Fuchs
ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize management to work with attorney to prepare agreement.
BACKGROUND: Mark Fuchs retired 12/31/2020. ERMU would benefit from the services and
expertise Mark can provide for certain large upcoming projects, namely the Highway 169
Redefine and the Field Services Expansion.
DISCUSSION: ERMU would like to enter into a consultant contract with Mark Fuchs and
requests authorization to work with our attorney to prepare and complete the contract. The
parameters for creating that contract should be discussed by the Commission.
