RESOLUTION 85-51
RESOLUTION 85-51 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON 21lTH STREET
WHEREAS, the tabulated construction costs for the street
improvement project on 211th Street are:
Construction Costs: $7,569.88
Administrative, Engineering, Legal and Bonding: $859.46
so that the total cost of the improvement will be:
$8,429.34
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, MN:
1. The portion of cost of such improvement to be
assessed against the benefitted property owners is
declared to be 100%.
2. The City Clerk I with the assistance of the City IS
Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the
proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement project against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash evaluation, as
provided by law, and shall file a copy of such
proposed assessments in his office for public
inspection.
3. The City Clerk shall, upon completion of such
proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 7th day
of October, 1985.
