A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OR FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON
MAIN STREET AND ORONO ROAD
(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 85-5)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve sanitary sewer service, water main service,
storm drainage service and to provide street improvements on Main Street
and Orono Road and assess the benefitted property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the proposed improvements be referrred to Mr. Terry
Maurer, the City's Consulting Engineer, for study, and the Engineer
is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this twenty-first day of October,
1985.
