A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF 1996 FEDERAL ISTEA GRANT
APPLICATION
WHEREAS,
the city pledges thirty-two percent (32%) of the proposed
ISTEA project; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost of the project is $219,000; and,
WHEREAS,
the city commits city staff and equipment to this project to do
clearing and grubbing operations, restorations and seeding
operations, grading, Class 5 installation, and signage; and,
WHEREAS,
the city commits the Street and Park Superintendent as
project manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city pledges a spirit of
cooperation and support in labor and equipment to the proposed ISTEA
Project in the amount of $70,750.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 8th day
of January, 1996.
