Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to Aegir Brewing Co. LLC for March 18 – 21, 2021, at
their manufacturing location at 19050 Industrial Blvd NW, with the following conditions:
1) Indoor occupancy shall not exceed existing certified occupancy level (Industrial – 44) and the Governor’s
Emergency Executive Order pandemic occupancy levels of 50%.
2) If the permittee desires to exceed existing certified occupancy level, the building and fire department shall
inspect emergency exiting/access and lighting and approve in writing a permitted occupancy number for
this event.
3) Alcohol must be confined to an area with a secured, controlled access.
4) Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
Aegir Brewing Co. LLC submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for March 18 – 21, 2021,
at their manufacturing location, 19050 Industrial Blvd NW.
Temporary On-Sale Licenses are approved by the City Council prior to being forwarded for state approval.
Temporary On-Sale Licenses may not exceed 12 days per year for the sale of alcoholic beverages to any one
organization or for any one location, within a 12-month period and may not be issued to any one organization
or for one location within any 30-day period.
