Tana Brouillard
Backfround
The applicant is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
John Joseph Salon located at 18150 Zane Street. The applicant has met the 500 hours of
required course work and the background check has been completed and approved by the
Police Department.
Action Requested
It is recommended that the City Council approve a Therapeutic Massage License to Tana
Brouillard.
