Mayor Dietz and Council will recognize the recent promotions of firefighter Michael Kelleher and firefighter
Philip Luitjens to the position of Lieutenant.
Background/Discussion
Firefighter Michael Kelleher and Firefighter Philip Luitjens have both successfully completed the department’s
Officer Development Program and have earned the support of the officer corps to be promoted to the open
Lieutenant positions.
