Tricia Downey owns a property on 175 Avenue NW which was on well and septic. With city services available,
she would be required by ordinance to connect upon sale of her property or failure of her septic system.
She recently decided to connect to city services while considering selling the property. She has expressed concerns
with the ordinance mandating connection.
