Background/Discussion Parks and Recreation Fees The Parks and Recreation Commission has reviewed and is recommending the park facility fees. Rental Licenses Council reviewed rental license fees when they approved the ordinance amendment for rental licensing. That the 2021 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended with the changes noted in Exhibit A: Section 2.
