The Parks and Recreation Commission has reviewed and is recommending the park facility fees.
Rental Licenses
Council reviewed rental license fees when they approved the ordinance amendment for rental licensing.

CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
THE 2021 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the 2021 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
shall be amended with the changes noted in Exhibit A:
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective March 1, 2021.
