Background/Discussion
The City Council hosted a Special Joint Meeting with the Economic Development and Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on February 22, 2021.
The minutes of that meeting were approved on the Consent Agenda and provide an overview of the information
provided by participants.
The Council should consider an outline of the next steps for downtown discussion.
