A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
ON SIMONET DRIVE, 6TH STREET AND XENIA AVENUE
(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1985-3)
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-48 adopted by the City Council on September 23, 1985, fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Sanitary Sewer
and water main on Simonet Drive, Sixth Street and Xenia Avenue, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was
given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of October 1985
at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
85-48, adopted the 23rd day of September, 1985.

2. Mr. Terry Maurer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this twenty-first day of October,
1985.
