A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PARK SHELTERS
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has received the followin9 bids
for the purchase of materials to construct four park
shelters for installation in the City Lion's Park.

WHEREAS, The City Council of Elk River has determined that it is in
the best interests of the City of Elk River to accept
the bid of Earl F. Anderson and Associates in the amount
. of $19,995.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the bid of Earl F. Anderson and
Associates in the amount of $19,995.00 is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby
authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of
said equipment from Earl F. Anderson and Associates.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this twenty-
first day of October, 1985.
