RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED UNDER ELK RIVER
PLAZA PUD 16 INCH TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
WHEREAS.
pursuant to written contracts sisned
Elk River, Latour Construction has
completed the Elk River Plaza PUD 16
main improvement project. and;
with the City of

WHEREAS. Consulting Ensineers Diversified, Inc., the City's
Ensineer for the project has certified that the work
was performed in compliance with the contract
documents. technical specifications and plans.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River. Minnesota that:
1. The work completed under said contract is accepted
and aF-F-r-oved.
OGIGINAL AWARD: $58.539

TOTAL CONTRACT COSTS WITH COST OVERRUN OF 2.2%:
$59.829.30
2. It is hereby directed that final payment in the
amount of 52.991.46 shall be paid to the contractor
upon receipt of the following:
1. Affidavit of taxes withheld.
2. Certification of claims paid.
3. Receipt of a one year
written confirmation that
issued on the project
provisions and will remain
