RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE #1 FOR
ELEVATED WATER TOWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, Hydrostorase, Inc. has re9uested a partial payment for
the work performed on the City's elevated water tower,
and;
WHEREAS, the City's Consultins Ensineer, Maier Stewart and
Associates, Inc. has reviewed the re9uest for partial
payment and has found it to be correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota, that:
1. Par.tial F.av r'e9uest #1 fr'om Hydr'ostor'ase, Inc. is
hereby approved in the amount of $296,846.25.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this eishteenth
day of November 1985.
