RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE 12
FOR ELEVATED WATER TOWER PROJECT
WHEREAS,
Hydrostorage, Inc. has requested a partial payment for
the work performed on the City's elevated water tower;
and,
WHEREAS,
the City's Consulting Engineer, Maier Stewart and
Associates, Inc. has reviewed the request for partial
payment and has found it to be correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota, that:
1. Partial pay request 12 from Hydrostorage, Inc. is
hereby approved in the amount of $119,212.75.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 9th day of
December, 1985.
