Field Services Facility Expansion Project Update

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Staff is planning to provide updates at each regular commission meetingas the Field
Services Facility Expansion Project progresses.
Wetland credits have been purchased from the City of Elk River for the finalized wetland
impacts. Therewas an increase of 2,056 square feet from the initial purchase.
Bid documents were issued on February 26, with a bid opening date of March 24. We
have a pre-bid walk-through with contractors on March 10 at 1:00 PM.
