DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to have meetings with T2Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and
MnDOTfor the upcoming Highway169 Redefine project. ERMU has received the Notice
and Order from MnDOT which authorizes usto start obtaining material and contact the
State’s assigned engineer to schedule relocationand/or adjustment work for the water
and electric infrastructure.
Staff has had meetings with the County and Bolton & Menk, Inc.to review 60% plans for
the County Road 13 Project, which will bring roundabouts toLineAvenue and Tyler
Street.
Participated in a pre-construction meeting with city staff and Bolton & Menk, Inc. for

the Windsor Park 3 addition sewer service extension.
Working with the owners of the refuse-derived fuel processing plant and Great River
Energy (GRE) to make the transition from GRE’s 69-kilovolt transmission line to ERMU’s
distribution grid.
Bids for the FieldService BuildingExpansion projectwent outonFebruary26. The bid
opening will occur on March 24.
Working withMnDOT to coordinate thetimingof taking down streetlightsfrom Proctor
Roadto Lowell Avenuefor the Highway 10reconstructionproject.
