A RESOLUTION AMENDING COUNCIL RESOLUTION 85-64
REGAIU>ING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET AND
UTILITY.IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON MAIN STREET AND ORONO
ROAD (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1985-5)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 85-64. the City Council of the City of
Elk River established a public hearing date on the Street and
Utility Improvement Project for Main Street and Orono Road. and;
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-64 established a date of January 6. 1986 as the
date for the public hearing on the improvement project. and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River has become aware of
uncertainties regarding the status of the City's MSA funds with
regard to previously approved MSA projects.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
that Resolution 85-64 be amended by deferring the date of the public
hearing on Street and Utility Improvement Project on Main Street and
Orono Road to allow the City Staff time to determine the status of
the City's MSA fund with regard to previously approved projects and
the availability of MSA funds for the proposed Street and Utility
Improvement Project on Main Street and Orono Road.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 16th day of December.
