RESOLUTION 86-2
amSOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE #3 FOR ELEVATED
WATER TOWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, Hydrostorage Inc. has requested a partial payment for
the work performed on the City's elevated water tower,
and;
WHEREAS, The City's Consulting Engineer, Maier Stewart and
Assoc., Inc., has reviewed the request for partial
payment and has found it to be correct.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota, that:
1. Partial pay request #3 from Hydrostorage, Inc. is
hereby approved in the amount of $20,174.25.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 6th day of
January, 1986.
