RESOLUTION 86-4
~ RESOLUTION AMENDING TAX LEVIES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1986
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has adopted Resolution 85-69,
a Resolution Authorizing Tax Levies for calendar year
1986; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council wishes to amend that levy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the following special levies be deleted
from the 1986 tax levy:
1. Advertising
$5,000
2. Civil Defense
2,714
5,000
3. HRA

Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 13th day of
