RESOLUTION WAIVING THIRTY DAY APPROVAL PERIOD FOR GAMBLING
LICENSE APPLICATION FROM ELK RIVER AMERICAN LEGION POST 1112
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
the 30 day approval period for the Gambling
License submitted by the Elk River American Legion
Post 1112 to the City of Elk River on February 10,
1986 is hereby waived.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota finds no reason why the Gambling
license for the Elk River American Legion Post
1112 should not be approved by the State
Charitable Gambling Control Board.

Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 10th day of
February 1986.
