RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE 14 FOR
ELEVATED WATER TOWER PROJECT
WHEREAS. Hydrostorage. Inc. has requested a partial payment for the work
performed on the City's elevated water tower; and.
WHEREAS. the City's Consulting Engineer. Maier Stewart and Associates. Inc.
has reviewed the request for partial payment and has found it to be
correct.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River.
Minnesota that:
1. Partial pay request 14 from Hydrostorage. Inc. is hereby approved
in the amount of $11.375.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this Eighteenth day of
February. 1986.
