RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT AGREEMENT FOR
ROMA TOOL AND PLASTICS INCORPORATED LOAN PROGRAM
IT RESOLVED by the
Minnesota that the
agreement with the

conducted during the
June 39, 1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Elk River is
hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are
necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of
Elk River.
