Councilmember Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

Resolution 2 1 -15
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $100.00 donation from Charles Larson with
the intent $100.00 be used by Parks and Recreation Department for Woodland Trails
Regional Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Charles Larson for his donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor
Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, Westgaard, Beyer, and Wagner and the following
against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson,
Westgaard, Beyer. and WagTier.and the following absent: none.
Passed and adopted this 1" day of March 2021.
