RESOLUTION 86-18
4It RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ELK RIVER AND ROMA TOOL AND PLASTICS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that the Loan
Agreement between the City of Elk River and Roma Tool and Plastics, Inc.
for the purpose of providing funds under the State of Minnesota Small
City Development Program is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Richard Hinkle is hereby authorized to execute
said loan agreement between the City of Elk River, Minnesota and Roma
Tool and Plastics, Inc.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 17th Day of March, 1986.
