RESOLUTION 86-19
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS TO ROMA TOOL
AND PLASTICS, INC. UNDER THE TERMS OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AND ROMA TOOL AND
PLASTICS. INC. AND THE GRANT AGREEMENT (GRANT NO. 12027W00486)
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA AND THE
STATE OF MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that the amount of
$500.000. received from the State of Minnesota under the Small Cities
Development Program is hereby authorized for disbursement to Roma Tool
and Plastics. Inc. as follows:
1. The funds shall be disbursed to Roma Tool and Plastics. Inc. in
accordance with the loan agreement between the City of Elk River and
Roma Tool an Plastics. Inc. and in accordance with the grant
agreement (Grant No. 12027W00486) between the City of Elk River and
the State of Minnesota.
Passed an adopted by the Elk River City Council this Seventeenth day of March.
