RESOLUTION 86- 21
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ON
SCHOOL STREET (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1986-1)
WHEREAS,
Resolution 86-~ fixed a date for a Council Hearing on the proposed
improvement of sanitary sewer for properties between Proctor Avenue
and Jackson Avenue and South of School Street which are currently
unsewered, and;
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given, and hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of March 1986,
at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota that:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and the Council
Resolution adopted this 17th day of March , 1986.
2. Mr. Terry Maurer is hereby designated at the Engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
Passed and adopted this Seventeenth day of March, 1986 by the Elk River City
Council.
