RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY POLICY IN REGARDS TO SURVEY
REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS
BE
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
a certificate of survey is required on lots less than five
acres prior to building permit issuance unless all corners
of a lot can be verified in which case the certificate of
survey would not be required.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 28th day of
April, 1986
