RESOLUTION 86-29
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARK DEDICATION FEES FOR PLATS,
REPLATS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISIONS
BE
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
cash contributions made in lieu of park dedication,
pursuant to Section 1008.18 of the Elk River City Code,
as shall be in the amount equal to $100 per dwelling
unit as permitted by City ordinances or as actually
applied for, whichever is less provided for in the
plat, replat or subdivision of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount so required shall be
collected prior to final plat approval.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 5th day of May, 1986.
