RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
. WHEREAS,

the Street Construction Deposit Fund has a balance of
$9613.76; and
WHEREAS, the street Construction Deposit Fund is inactive
has been inactive for at least five years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the Street Construction Deposit Fund
balance of $9613.76 be transferred to the General Fund.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 16th day of June, 1986.
