RESOLUTION 86-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR DEERFIELD
THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-20 the City of Elk River authorized
preparation of a feasibility study for improvements in
Deerfield 3rd Addition; and,
WHBREAS, in Resolution 86-23, the City of Elk River authorized
the ordering of preparation of plans and specifications
for improvements in the Deerfield 3rd Addition; and,
WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-33, the City of Elk River authorized
the advertisement for bids for improvements in the
Deerfield 3rd Addition; and,
WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-45 the City of Elk River will be
accepting the low bid for improvments in the
Deerfield 3rd Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Such improvements in the Deerfield Third Addition
is hereby ordered as proposed in City Council
Resolution 86-23 adopted the 7th day of April, 1986
as prepared by the City Engineer.
2. Terry Maurer is hereby designated as Engineer for
this improvement project.
3. Because the improvement is to provide
Infrastructure for Deerfield 3rd Addition. If the
conditions of the approval of the final plat of
Deerfield 3rd Addition are not met, then the
Council reserves the right not to award the
contract for making the improvements.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of July 1986.
