RESOLUTION 86- 45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FOR THE DEERFIELD 3RD
ADDITION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvements
of the Deerfield 3rd Addition as authorized in City
Resolution 86-33, bids were received, opened, and
tabulated according to law and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Kenko of Blaine is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to direct
and enter into the attached contract with Kenko,
Inc., of Blaine, Minnesota in the name of the City
of Elk River for the improvements of Deerfield 3rd
Addition according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and filed
in the City office.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith all bidders the deposits made with
the bids except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until the contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 21st day of July, 1986.
