RESOLUTION 86- 46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS,
the City has directed the City Engineer to prepare a
feasibility report on public improvements required in
the Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS,
this feasibility report dated August, 1985 was
presented to the City Council for its review and
consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Mr. Terry J. Maurer is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement project in the
Industrial Park. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for making such improvements. This
project was initiated by the City Council of the
City of Elk River and a petition for said
improvements was not required.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of July 1986.
