RESOLUTION 86- 48
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT FUND
WHEREAS,
the City of Elk River wishes to establish an
Infastructure Replacement Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the Infrastructure Replacement Reserve Fund may be used
to replace streets, roads, curbs, gutters and storm
sewers; and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Chapter 465, Article 2, Section 14,
allows the City to levy outside of the overall levy
limit for the Infrastructure Replacement Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota establish an Infrastructure
Replacement Fund to be a special levy outside of the
overall levy limit with the funds being used to replace
streets, roads, curbs, gutters and storm sewers.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 21st day of July , 1986.
