RESOLUTION 86-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT OF BITUMINOUS
OVERLAY-FORRIDGEWOOD EAST AND RIDGEWOOD-EASTTHIRD-
-ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council on the
7th day of July, 1986, on the proposed improvement of
bituminous overlay for Ridgewood East and Ridgewood
East Third Additions; and,
WHEREAS, a supplemental public hearing was held on Monday,
August 18, 1986 to consider bituminous overlay street
improvements for certain properties abutting Ridgewood
East and Ridgewood East Third Additions; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice
of the hearings were given and the hearings were held
thereon on the 7th day of July and the 18th day of
August at which 11 persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution, 86-43, adopted the 18th day
of July, 1986.
2. Terry Maurer, Maier Stewardt & Associates, are
hereby designated as engineer for this improvement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council this 25th day of August,
1986.
