A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT
rOR BITUMINOUS OVERLAY PROJECT FOR RIDGEWOOD EAST AND
RIDGEWOOD EAST THIRD ADDITIONS
WHmRmAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement of bituminous overlay for Ridgewood East,
Ridgewood East Third and certain abutting properties,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law and the following bids were received complying with
the advertisement:

and,
it appears that Bauerly Bros., Inc. is the lowest
responsible bidder,

~HmRmrORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized an
directed to enter into the attached contract with
Bauerly Bros., Inc. in the name of the City of Elk
Elk River for improvement of bituminous overlay for
Ridgewood East, Ridgewood East Third and certain
abutting properties according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
