RESOLUTION 86- 65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLU~ION AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-61, A RESOLUTION FOR
HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR BITUMINOUS OVERLAY
PROJEC~ FOR RIDGEWOOD EAST AND RIDGEWOOD EAST THIRD ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-61 called for a public hearing to
consider special assessments on Ridgewood East and
Ridgewood East Third Addition bituminous overlay
project on September 15, 1986 and two weeks published
notice of this hearing is required by law; and,
WHEREAS, this requied two week published notice requirement
could not be met for the September 15 Public Hearing
Date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the public hearing date set for
September 15, 1986 in Resolution 86-61 be amended to
read as follows:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of
September 1986 at the Elk River Public Library at
7:3~ p.m.,......
