RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNAGE FOR THE ELK RIVER MALL
(LOT 4, BLOCK 2, ELK RIVER PLAZA)
WHEREAS, Item 3, Page 2, of the Elk River Plaza Planned Development Agreement
requires site plan approval by the Elk River City Council for all
parcels (which includes signage plans).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
signage on Lot 4, Block 2, Elk River Plaza consistant with the attached
guidelines need no further approval by the Elk River City Council but
will still require a sign permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Elk River Mall enforce the aforementioned guide-
lines.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this fifteenth day
of September, 1986.
