RESOLUTION 86- 71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE BID
FOR THE FOUNDATION AND SUPPORTING WALLS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River has accepted
the recommendation from the Elk River Citizen's
Building Committee to finance a $25~,~~~ public works
garage through a lease purchase plan; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council that the
public works garage would be bid out in sections with
one bid referring to the foundation an supporting
walls; and,
WHEREAS,
sealed bids were received by the
September 4, 1986 and evaluated

Council dated September 19, 1986;

WHEREAS, the staff recommends awarding the bid for the public
works garage foundation and supporting walls to the
low responsible bidder, which is J & S Concrete,
Princeton, in the amount of $17,3~~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the bid for the public works garage
foundation and interior supporting walls be awarded
to the low responsible bidder which is J & S Concrete,
Princeton, in the amount of $17,3~~.
Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1986 by the City Council of
the City of Elk River.
